Delivery time will depend upon the shipping method. If you selected FREE SHIPPING we will send your order First Class which is approximately 7-10 business days, USPS Priority is approximately 2-5 business days andUSPS Express shipping is 1-2 business days. Yes, tax is automatically calculated on each order based on local tax laws.

Typically FREE SHIPPING orders are processed within 48 - 72 hours but we will try our hardest to ship out all orders placed before 1 p.m. PST on the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. ***Excludes weekends, holidays, and sales. In-stock items only.

Express and Priority orders will be processed the SAME BUSINESS DAY if orders are placed before 1 p.m. After 1 p.m. orders will be processed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

Shipping Days: Monday thru Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Please note, shipping time is
based on business days only. (Saturday and Sunday are not counted as a business days.)

We will be closed on the following days of the 2019 calendar:
January 1st, May 27th, July 4th, September 2nd, November 28th, December 24th and 25th

Refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery will be returned
to LA BELLA DONNA and assessed a $15 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged
to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site for any reason, you may return
the item(s) within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Product must be unused and customer is
responsible for return shipping. If you have a question about color matching please call our Beauty
Team at 1-800- 74-BELLA.

Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns and exchanges. Any return or
exchange sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the
sole discretion of LA BELLA DONNA.

you with a return authorization number.
Pack It
Pack items into a box and include your return authorization number. Seal the box and affix your paid
shipping label to the outside.

We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will
be made depending on your request. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to show on
your account.

Please note that all returns must be sent to our online team at LA BELLA DONNA and not your local
LA BELLA DONNA retailer. Any items returned to your local retailer cannot be accepted.
