Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Return Policy for Internet Customers:
Customer has 7 days from receipt of order to contact Customer Service and obtain a Return Authorization.
Product must be unused and customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund / Credit (less original shipping charge) will be processed after delivery and inspection by La Bella Donna.
* A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all unauthorized returns.
